His technicians have been quick to respond, identify the issue and provide a solution at a reasonable price. I called looking for them to address some items that came up in a Code Enforcement inspection. Despite the non-urgent nature of this work they came out immediately and even stayed slightly after hours without charging me an additional fee. Their technician was great to deal with and came prepared for anything with a fully stocked van. I also know from dealing with them on the commercial level for work that they are just as capable with large scale jobs. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

We hired John Quong and his team at New England Electric to do some work at our house.  They were on time, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Our experience with New England Electric was 100% positive. They were easy to coordinate with thanks to a very organized office manager. The two electricians who came were professional, on time, and worked efficiently. They made good suggestions about how to minimize cutting in our walls/ceiling during light installation and very patiently fed all the necessary wiring through a single hole. Their persistence and willingness to cut only one place in our ceiling saved us a lot of money on subsequent sheetrock/plaster/paint work. I'd very highly recommend these guys to anyone!
